Who is BIRKHOLZ Perfume Manufacture?

BIRKHOLZ is a perfume manufacture based in Berlin. The company has made it its business to support its customers as a fragrance consultant with time and attention to detail in the search for their own individual fragrance.

Which products do we manufacture?

We offer our customers a choice of different perfumes from three different collections. Beautiful perfume atomizers for the handbag and individual gift sets as well as scented candles complete the offer.

Where and how should I put my perfume?

Directly on those parts of the skin where the pulse can be felt, e.g. on the wrist or neck. The connection that the perfume makes with the skin gives the chords a very personal, individual touch. If the original scent is to be preserved, it is recommended to apply it on clothing, because without skin contact the scent is not affected. To avoid stains, however, only the inside of the clothing or the lining should be perfumed in the case of sensitive fabrics.

What is the difference between eau de parfum and eau de toilette?

All have the same olfactory base, but each of the formulas contains its own variations in terms of the olfactory chords, which enhance or optimize different effects. The difference often lies in the concentration of the perfume oils. An eau de toilette is often lighter than an eau de parfum due to its lower concentration and therefore often evaporates faster.

What makes our fragrances so unique?

We only use high-quality perfume oils from the five most renowned and largest perfume oil manufacturers in the world. These concentrated perfume oils are also suitable for sensitive skin. Thanks to a well-balanced mixing ratio, the perfumes have a long durability on the skin.

What makes us different from other perfume suppliers?

We are the only provider with a Perfumebar. As a genuine manufacture, we offer our guests a special kind of shopping experience with personal advice, our own filling line, the possibility of individual fragrance and packaging combinations, as well as an engraving machine. We offer a place where the perfume consultation becomes a valuable experience in a unique way again.

What's the best way to store my perfume?

Perfume is sensitive to light and heat. The bottle should therefore be kept in its original packaging and protected from heat. A perfume that is stored well can usually be kept for 18 months after opening.

Will the product portfolio be expanded even further?

We are always looking for new fragrance creations.

Can the products be purchased in other stores?

We offer our customers the possibility to purchase our fragrances also through other trade partners. You will find all partners in our location finder.

How long does the delivery take for online orders?

The delivery within Germany takes about 2 to 3 working days. Europe-wide delivery takes about 5 working days, worldwide about 10 working days. in case of other questions, please contact the Service Team at or by phone at +49 (30) 81 45 77 8 -19.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged or part of my delivery is missing?

Can I have my items gift-wrapped?

Every order can be packed as a gift. Please select the option "gift wrap" in the shopping cart.

Can I also pick up my online order stationary?

Every online order can also be picked up at our Perfumebar in Berlin-Charlottenburg, Germany. Please enter a note in the comment field in the checkout process with "Pickup at Perfumebar desired". The payment is made in advance at the checkout. Please note the opening hours for pickup in the shop.

    How can I redeem an online code or a voucher?

    In the checkout you will find the field "discount code". There please simply enter the corresponding online codes. Please note that several online codes cannot be combined with each other.

    I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

    Below the login area you will find the function "forgotten password", there you can request an e-mail with a new password. This will be sent within the following 30 minutes. If you have problems receiving the mail, please contact The service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Can I test the scents in advance?

    Yes, you can test the fragrances at one of our sites or order a sommelier set online. The set contains 4 different fragrances that you can put together yourself. The set costs between 32 and 65 euros. With the set, you receive an 15% voucher for your next purchase, redeemable for your next order of minimum 115 Euros within the next 3 months. The billing code will be sent to you by e-mail and is only valid for one order.
